Responsibilities:
-General reception duties: answering phone calls, greeting clients & couriers
-Assist with internal office communication and staff team-building communication
-Provide sales support to the sales team
-Assist with project administration duties as needed
-Order and coordinate office supplies, help ensure general office tidiness and upkeep
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Provide excellent customer support and address any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
-Other duties as required
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel
- Knowledge of receptionist duties is a plus
Please note that this is an Inside Sales position, and all work will be conducted from our office location.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
