Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our sales team. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for calling our leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives. Duties:
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and set appointments
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and engage in conversation
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and promote our products/services
- Use persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments
Experience:
- Previous experience in technology sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (additional fluency in Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
