The Role?
Here you’ll be reaching out to those who have expressed an interest or submitted an inquiry, regarding a photo-shoot. Or those who have received gift vouchers with the company.
This isn’t just about booking a photo-shoot; it’s about knowing your customers’ story and letting them know how we can document this chapter in their lives. Because there is nowhere else in Australia that will bring the same level of care, talent and attention to detail.
Key Requirements
- You will be required to have sales experience for this role.
- Outbound call experience is a plus.
- Call centre or phone-based experience is essential.
- Having strong customer service with a passion to grow is welcome too.
- If you have gym sales or retail sales ... I'd love to hear from you.
Must be available for all time slots mentioned below (40 hours per week, excluding lunch breaks)
Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6:30pm (availability between these times)
Minimum of 2 evening shifts per week (6:30pm finish)
1 Saturday shift per fortnight (09:30am-4:30pm)
