Area Office Administrator
Position Summary
We are looking for a strong, versatile Office Administrator to support our Grande Prairie and Fort. St John, BC areas. The position will be based out of our Grande Prairie office but may require travel to the Fort St. John office each month to update relevant documents. In this role, you will not only be responsible for providing superior general administrative support, but you will also be one of the faces of the company, engaging with our customers and staff. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing general correspondence, administering project planning documents, record keeping, client billing and assisting the Area Manager with client communication and processing reports.

Responsibilities:
- Be the face and voice of United Safety in our Grande Prairie office.
- Verify and balance billing paperwork (oilfield billing and Open Invoice experience is an asset but not requirement).
- Support operations management and administration as required with hotel bookings, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.
- Communicate effectively with the other area admins and work as a team with any joint tasks.
- Ensure quality control regarding all incoming and outgoing correspondence, office equipment, tidiness of reception and supplies area.
- Maintain stock of pertinent office supplies, coffee, and other supplies.

Education: Office or Business Administrative Certificate or Diploma.
Experience: 2 – 4 years minimum in an office environment.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is a must.
