Notre client situé à Verdun recherche un assistant-contrôleur expérimenté pour une opportunité permanente à leur siège social. Le candidat idéal est bilingue et peut travailler de manière autonome pour accomplir les tâches qui lui sont assignées. Le salaire peut atteindre 85 000 $ selon l'expérience.

Exigences :

•       2+ années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire

•       Bilingue

•       Expérience avec Sage un atoût

•       Esprit d'équipe

•       À l'aise a travailler au sein d’une petite entreprise

Responsabilités :

•          Cycle complet de comptes payables et recevables

•          Analyse financière et génération de rapports

•          Rapports mensuels sur les ventes et de l’inventaire

•          Déclarations de GST\PST

•          Réconciliation bancaire

•          Aide à la préparation des états financiers

•          Préparer les informations pour la paie

•          Suivi du statut des bons de commande

•          Gestion des factures

•          Prise d’appel de service Canada\Revenue Québec

•          Participer a des rencontres avec l’équipe de gestion

•          Effectuer des tâches de natures administrative (au besoin)

Our client located in Verdun is in search of an experienced assistant-controller for a permanent opportunity at their head-office. The ideal candidate is bilingual and can work autonomously to complete their given tasks. The salary can go up to 85K depending on experience. 

Requirements :

•          2+ years in a similar role

•          Bilingual

•          Experience with Sage an asset

•          Team-spirited

•          Comfortable working in a small company

Responsibilities:

•          Full cycle AP\AR

•          Financial analysis and reporting

•          Monthly sales reporting

•          GST\PST filling

•          Bank reconciliation

•          Adjusting trial balance

•          Assist with the preparation of statements

•          Journal entries for payroll

•          Monitoring PO status

•          Manage invoices

•          Government submissions
