The specific responsibilities include:
- Prepare correspondence documents, agendas and meeting preparation reports
- Schedule meetings for executive members and coordinate itineraries
- Take and respond to phone calls and messages, including the management of department issues and inquires
- Act as a filter for the advisors by triaging problems to reduce distractions
- Work in perfect coordination with the members of the executive assistance group
- Data input to open accounts, manage client files and track new business, trades and transfers
- Occasionally complete trade instructions
