Trucking company is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Logistics Coordinator Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, greet visitors, on site orientations
- Processing customer orders, scheduling product load times
- Railcar management
- Inventory Management
- Accounts payable
- General Administrative Assistant Duties
Key Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient and accurate computing and data entry skills, with an emphasis on Sage 50 Accounting and MS Office
- Prioritizing, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Proven team player, as well as, ability to work individually with little supervision
- Own method of transportation as this location is not accessible by public transit
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing / physical demands analysis
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years accounting experience
- Sage 50
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficient in generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
