Job Description:

Centerline Geomatics LTD, located in Fort McMurray, Alberta, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Full-time logistics Coordinator. This role involves coordinating transportation, managing inventory, overseeing the company pickup truck fleet, ensuring the availability of supplies at multiple locations, and ensuring equipment receives annual certifications on time. While post-secondary education is not required, experience in warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 5 driver's license and a passion for logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods at multiple locations.
• Communicate with field crews and management to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and delivery status.
• Manage and update equipment inventory records, including tracking usage, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
• Oversee the company pickup truck fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
• Manage supplies at multiple locations, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Ensure equipment receives annual certifications on time and maintain records of certification dates.
• Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process.
• Provide support to the logistics team in optimizing delivery routes and reducing transportation costs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate transportation requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software prefered.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
