Administrative Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator
Responsibilities:
-Receive incoming messages and elicit necessary information to allow timely and accurate responses.
-Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and /or editing a variety of documents.
-Assist with organizing meetings and/or special events arranging details and distribution of information with respect to the event.
Maintain a well-organized filing system (digital) that permits easy reference and retrieval of information.
Special organizational and research projects as directed.
Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail.
-Computer competency with proficiency in MS Office Programs.
-Superior organization ability with a focus on accuracy.
-Ability to multi-task throughout the day.
-A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
-Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
-Ability to work with others in a team atmosphere
-Ability to resolve conflicts calmly
-No apprehension to pick up the phone to call clients
