We are looking to expand our clinic by employing an Audiology Office Assistant. On-the-job training will be provided, as well as some online courses to expand knowledge over time. The ideal applicant will be/have:

Main tasks will include (but not limited to):
-Answering telephones
-Scheduling patients
-Greeting patients/checking them in
-Hearing aid cleaning/checking/troubleshooting (training provided)
-Use of EMR system
-Emailing patients/co-workers
-Pairing Bluetooth Devices
-Receiving packages/Prepping mail
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work at both our Kelowna and Lake Country clinics (reliable transportation to and from work).
Experience as an MOA is an asset.
Experience with hearing aids/hearing loss is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
