SalaryRB Events is a national integrated marketing and communications agency with operations in Canada's major urban centers. We hire occasional promotional representatives to support various clients in their experiential marketing campaigns.
Many automotive manufacturers use our services for events such as car shows, to ensure a presence during a festival or sporting event, or even to conduct test drives at a single location with several visitors, or individual test drives at pre-selected homes.
We're looking for Brand Ambassadors (M/F) to join our teams. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting products to customers and representing the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
Responsibilities:
- Market products and services to potential customers
- Learn and retain information related to the identity of a car brand as well as more technical and specific details about the different models produced and marketed by this brand in order to communicate them to an audience; either booth visitors or pre-selected individuals.
- Effectively communicating product benefits and features
- Carry out product demonstrations for customers
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer questions and concerns
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Experience required:
- Previous automotive experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a professional and convincing manner
- Strong customer focus to deliver exceptional service
