Job description

Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent Automation Change Process to work full-time for our client, located in Toronto, ON.   Our client provides indirect vehicle financing and leasing solutions to consumers and commercial customers.  
This role will be leading and managing digital innovation projects from start to execution, providing iterative offering enhancements. These projects require a high degree of technical requirements and IT collaboration, so this role will be working closely with IT teams. This role will also work in partnership with cross-functional team members to embrace digital transformation exploring new ways of working, running operations and engaging our consumers. Recent initiative topics have included, but not limited to: eFunding, RPA, system integration projects, or task mining projects. This role will also deep dive into process data and find root causes and identify improvement opportunities.. This role is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Operational Excellence. Enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangement with regular weekly time in the office located in Downtown Toronto.
Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct in-depth user-centered research (interviews, observations, surveys, etc.) by collaborating with IT, Sales, Risk, Operations and produce supporting documentation such as process/journey maps, mockups to convey business requirements and functionality to stakeholders and development team and to identify business opportunities best suited for digital innovation projects, or iterative enhancements.

  • Complete data analysis on process data to find root causes and identify automation or improvement opportunities. Propose, coordinate and execute launches or alternatives to best support Operations business efficiently and effectively. Monitor the digital solutions post launch.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget. Monitor adoption and sustained benefits of the new digital tools, adjusting change management as required. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, senior executives and different department managers throughout the project.

  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to raise organizational awareness of innovation concepts and technologies. Foster an environment of digital innovation

  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications
 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Project Management Certifications, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, and Business Process Management experience is required

  • Data analysis skills is required using SQL

  • Process mapping skills to map as-is and to-be process (eg. Visio)

  • Solid business acumen with an understanding of technology trends in the market and know how to leverage automation technologies in different situations

  • Ability to effectively engage with and present to all levels of management

  • Ability to facilitate collaboration with diverse groups.

  • Team oriented, but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, organizational/planning skills

  • Strong PC skills: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel

  • Experience with RPA technologies is an asset.

  • Experience in the auto captive industry is an asset.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of experience working on cross-functional projects across a range of functional areas and business objectives (e.g. new product launch, internal improvements, regulatory, etc.)
