Job Description
NAPA in-store team members take pride in providing excellent customer service and they have strong knowledge of car parts. They offer advice, support our operations, and allow us to provide excellent customer service.
Share your passion for the automotive industry with our customers by becoming the face and voice of our stores. No matter the division, our Parts Specialists are friendly, resourceful, and have excellent product knowledge! In addition to giving expert advice, they support global operations and are essential in providing quality service to our customers.

This position pays between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour (depending on experience) and we offer a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.
In this key role, you will:
- Working in a fast paced environment advise customers in person and over the phone on various parts and accessories
- Assist walk-in and wholesale customers with part inquires while offering expertise and knowledge
- Placing orders and following up with customers as needed
- Providing product expertise and relevant part recommendations as required
- Creating and maintaining customer relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Automotive vehicle parts experience or relevant experience to be demonstrated
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced detail orientated environment
- Ability to use a computer, including web navigation and POS (point of sale)
- Capability to manage priorities, actively listen with proven teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- High school diploma and/or training in Automotive Parts equipment sales is considered an asset
