NAPA in-store team members take pride in providing excellent customer service and they have strong knowledge of car parts. They offer advice, support our operations, and allow us to provide our customers with everything they need.

In this key role, you will:

• Ability to greet customers, establish rapport, determine and attend to customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product recommendations
• Maintain inventory of parts and ensure stock levels are accurate
• Search part numbers via catalogs or computer system
• Process customer orders and handle various transactions
• Perform other duties as assigned

This position pays between $19.00 and $20.50 per hour (depending on experience) plus benefits, paid time off, and many other great benefits!

To join our team, you need:

• Automotive vehicle parts experience or relevant experience to be demonstrated
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced detail orientated environment
• Ability to use a computer, including web navigation and POS (point of sale)
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• High school diploma and/or training in automotive sales or parts equipment sales is considered an asset
