As our Sales Manger you will be at the helm of our dealership, driving sales, optimizing operations, and leading a team of motivated professionals. Your mission is to exceed revenue targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and establish our dealership as the industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
• Implement efficient operational processes to maximize productivity and profitability
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering an outstanding buying experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the community
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success as a sales Manager in Automotive Sales, exceeding targets and driving growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and dealership operations
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing objectives
• Knowledge of PBS is considered an asset
