As our Sales Manger you will be at the helm of our dealership, driving sales, optimizing operations, and leading a team of motivated professionals. Your mission is to exceed revenue targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and establish our dealership as the industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Implement efficient operational processes to maximize productivity and profitability
- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering an outstanding buying experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the community

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success as a sales Manager in Automotive Sales, exceeding targets and driving growth

- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and dealership operations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing objectives
- Knowledge of PBS is considered an asset
