Automotive Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service within our automotive dealership.

Responsibilities:1. Assist the General Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership goals.2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and customer-focused sales process.3. Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of various automotive models.4. Manage and organize the showroom, ensuring an attractive and inviting environment for customers.6. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.8. Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product knowledge to customers.9. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth and comprehensive customer experience.10. Assist in creating and executing promotional events and marketing initiatives to boost sales and dealership visibility.*This role will require you to sell vehicles and hit a personal sales target each month.
