Our centralised location provides our customers the perfect place to conveniently outfit their cottage, home, camp or resort with all the accessories needed to fully maximise their summer experience. We sell high quality products from muskoka chairs to water trampolines and just about everything in between. Our aim is to get our customers the best price and the best service to fulfil their needs.
We are looking for a long term employee to grow with our company. Someone who is attention to detail and takes pride in their work. A responsible self starter who can work independently to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. This role is multifaceted. The right candidate has flexibility to fulfill a variety of different tasks on any given day and enjoys the versatility this position will provide.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer phone in a professional manner
· Respond quickly to emails
· Provide quotes to customers and help answer customer questions
· Process orders and payments
· Manage schedule of delivery times and shipments to customers
· Manage inventory
· Assist with analyzing sales reports and creating purchase orders to suppliers
· Maintaining pricing templates in Excel
· Assist with creating social media content for all social media channels
· Ability to lift heavy merchandise
· Operation of a Forklift. Training would be provided.
Must Haves:
· Excellent Customer Service and Sales experience
· Excellent phone and email etiquette
· Must be well spoken and written
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Good at multi-tasking and completing a variety of tasks
· Position will require some Saturdays during April – August
· Use of own vehicle will be required (Mileage provided)
Nice to Haves:
· Education and/or experience in Business Marketing or Administration
· Experience with Outlook, Excel, Quickbooks and Woocommerce

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
