Sales Agent

Overview:

Azimi Law Firm, a leading legal practice specializing in Personal Injury and Immigration law, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hybrid, remote position with flexible hours, offering commission-based pay for the first 3 months, with the potential for transition to a salary plus commission structure.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and convert them into clients through outbound sales efforts

- Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their needs and provide information about our legal services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Collaborate with the legal team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services

Requirements:

- Fluent in one or more of the following languages: Farsi, Arabic, English, Spanish, Punjabi and Chinese

- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
