We are an established giftware wholesaler since 1984. We are looking for a Sales and Office Administrative Assistant. This could be a part-time or full-time position and is perfect for someone looking to use and further develop there office and sales skills.
Successful candidates responsibilities will include:
- invoicing orders (knowledge of Quickbooks is an asset, but not necessary)
- taking customer calls and responding to email enquiries
- sales calls to existing customers
- paperwork filing and office organization
- Following up on orders which are in the pipeline
- updating and processing orders
- must be comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator or others and asset, but not necessary
- proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Job Start Date: ASAP
Location: near Dixie and Courtneypark in Mississauga (Mississauga Transit and Brampton Transit stops nearby)
Work Timings: Monday-Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm (with 30 minute lunch break) - so it will be a 30 hour work week. But we are flexible and can accommodate different schedules.
Wage Range: $18-20/hour (this range is an average range based on what past employees have earned with base wage and bonuses)
NOTE: There is no weekend shift and no night shift. The only shift we have is for the work timings listed above, so please only apply if that works for you.
