Marketing Assistant - Contract, Part Time

Nuvo Iron is the industry leader in providing high-quality deck accessories and iron fencing across North America. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our dynamic marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

As a part-time contract role, working 2-3 days a week, Nuvo Iron offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a thriving marketing environment, contributing to impactful campaigns and expanding their skill set in various aspects of the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organization of files.
• Managing document transfers by uploading, downloading, and scanning files, ensuring they are appropriately stored in their appropriate folders.
• Keeping documentation and tracking sheets up to date as per project requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials by printing and cutting materials as needed.
• Assisting in the gathering and shipping of marketing materials.
• Conducting audits to identify and rectify missing documentation.
• Basic photography duties including capturing images of marketing materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A background or coursework in marketing, administration, or data entry is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration within the team.
• Openness to constructive criticism and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
