RE ONA is hiring someone obsessed and passionate about Social Media and women's fashion. The Social Media Assistant will support and work directly with the founders.
As the Social Media Assistant, you will get hands-on experience with content planning and executing social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Social Media and digital marketing and will have the ability to plan and create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand's messaging.
This hybrid position is based in Toronto, and candidates must be in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist with curating the Instagram feed
● Manage the content calendar creation process and campaign planning
● Draft copy for captions using brand voice
● Build brand awareness by consistently interacting with our audience, responding to DMs in a timely manner and finding new ways to keep our customer base engaged
● Assist with creating content such IG stories, Reels, Tik Tok videos
● Identify trends across the different Social Media platforms
● Research best practices for Social Media growth across various platforms, and implement those findings in strategy
● Record and report analytics on content performance
● Help lead the creation, development, and execution of Social Media strategies and creative projects
● Assist with in-house content shoots.
● Experience with Canva
● Experience with video and photo editing
● Experience with Google Sheets
● Strong communication skills
● Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask while remaining communicative.
● Adobe suite and video editing experience is a plus
Qualifications:
● Must be based in the Toronto area
● Experience within the Fashion is a plus
Essential Notes on this Role:
- A strong, genuine interest in TikTok and IG.
- You are genuinely interested in fashion, particularly slow fashion, and want to learn more about this industry.
- You are available to work Monday-Friday between 10-6 pm.
