Job Description:
Mind Multitudes Mental Health and Wellness Clinic is currently seeking someone to run all aspects of marketing, Social Media, and administrative duties. We are a new clinic with two locations and are looking to expand quickly!
We are looking for someone to help build our brand and promote our company through enhanced online presence, increase clientele, and develop partnerships with other clinics that can benefit from our services.
As a Casual Social Media Specialist/ Administrative Assistant is expected to be knowledgeable in the space of mental health, answering and responding to client emails, respond to inquiries, contact employer to confirm appointments(within 24-hours).
Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting our clinic with using Social Media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
- Creating, editing, and publishing content for Social Media posts/stories and emails.
- Social media content generation with new posts 3 -4 days per week. Some may require on-site video presence (i.e. video recordings)
- Respond to client inquires, emails, calls, and report session bookings to employer with 24-hours.
- Knowledge on our services, who we serve, upcoming events, and upcoming changes.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on Social Media in a timely manner.
- Knowledge on updating website content, managing online store, subscription model, visual designs, and layout when needed.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of Social Media campaigns
- Creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, gain followers, and optimizing posts for maximum reach and engagement.
- Developing marketing strategies and recommendations such as Google Ads
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years role in Social Media Specialist role
- Knowledge of mental health and wellness, how to advertise and promote on Social Media platforms( Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Organized, professional, and meets deadlines for posts, creating Social Media content, and other work demands.
- Track paid advertisements on Social Media and creative captions and hashtags for Social Media
