Front Desk, Social Media, Sales & Admin Assistant

Role:

We are looking for a part time person who is passionate about fitness. And who is organized & proactive.

The shifts will be primarily evenings from approximately 4-7, 4-8, 3-8 etc.

This role could suit a student as long as they have sales experience.

Job Description:

This role involves:

Selling Gym Memberships; giving tours of the gym and facilities, answering fitness related questions, presenting membership options

Social Media

Admin

More specfically these tasks include:

Data base management/CRM/following up on the leads that come into the club

Making Outgoing calls to prospects & members booking appointments and then providing tours of the gym and selling memberships

Customer Service

Instagram-posting regulalrly to IG and other platforms

Updating website (WIX)

Billing assistance for members

Cleaning

Admin work such as filing and organizing

Skills needed:

Driven-you need to be able to work through tasks on a daily basis without a supervisor sitting beside you

Passionate about fitness & knows the way around a gym. Prefer Candidate who personally works out and can assist the Members with equipment

Independent-you will be working alone and have access to the team when working

Some sales background-retail/direct sale etc

Customer Service-experience in dealing face to face with customers

Strong English langauge skills verbally & written

Know how to create videos & posts for IG & ideally know how to drive engagement

Organized with good computer skills

Note: the role contains evening hours (until 7 or 8 pm) and some Saturdays between 10-2

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
