Part-Time Front Desk / Customer Service Agent

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

• 3-5 years’ experience working in a professional Customer Service/hospitality focused environment.
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
• A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
• Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry.
• Passion for working with and collaborating with a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work flexible work hours, primarily a mid-shift

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The role of the Front Desk Agent/Concierge is to provide quick, efficient and courteous service to all Hazelview residents & visitors. This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the moment a resident or visitor walks through the door.
