What we are looking for:

We're searching for a multitasking pro with a passion for food, local terroir, and Social Media. Excels at expediting, phone handling, and problem-solving. Must manage Social Media platforms, create engaging content, and assist with administrative duties. Valid G Driver's license, 1+ year experience, Smart Serve, and expertise in Snap Chat, Tiktok, and Instagram required for this #FoodandSocialMediaPro role.

Job Responsibilities:

- Answering the phone, taking orders for the restaurant, bakery and catering.

- Answering customers questions and solving problems and finding solutions for customers if issues arise.

- Being our administrator and organizer to help with bookings so that customers have responses to emails/messages/comments in a timely manner

- Assisting with Quotes for Bakery and Catering via Quickbooks.

- Expediting and Packaging orders

- Being knowledgeable about our products and menu items as well as our house wines and cocktails

- Delivering orders across the city (with company car)

- Work and serve caterings when/if needed

- Hop into the fray and wrap sandwiches or assist a cook every once in a while.

- Prep some basic pantry items as well as portioning sauces

- Keep the front of house clean, organized, signed and up to date.

- Keeping packaging, drinks, wine and liquor levels at par.

- Posting on various Social Media platforms, coming up with Social Media campaigns and helping the Chef manage and maintain our various platforms.

- Experience in making small videos for Tiktok, snap chat, and instagram reels

- Experience in editing photo's and videos

- Knowledge of how quickbooks, canva, shopify, Meta Business, Chat GPT an asset (These are all things we are currently using)

Job Requirements:

- MUST have a valid G Driver's license

- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience doing all the things listed above

- Have a valid Smart Serve

- Must have knowledge of Social Media platforms, specifically Snap Chat, Tiktok and Instagram.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
