In this position, you will be the heart of a fast paced office environment while assisting with innovation, implementation and execution of various initiatives within the company, which includes an expanding marketing agency and real estate team.
Position objectives:
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to various clients.
- Coordinate and execute Social Media strategy
- Coordinate scheduling and manage company calendar/appointments.
- Assisting with various forms of content creation
- Invoicing of clients
- Organize team/client communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- High aptitude for learning independently
- Outstanding organization, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail while being able to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives and implement solutions.
Proficiency with the following platforms (or aptitude to learn new software and systems) is an asset:
- Google Suite
- Apple/Mac Software
- Canva
- Youtube
- TikTok
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
