Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Post Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email and other platforms in Canada and the United States.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
- Engage with customers on platforms, promptly responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Flexibility to take on additional tasks and projects as needed and requested by the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in Digital Marketing, customer service, or a related role is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Asset to have an experience in SEO for Ecommerce.
- University Degree in Business/Marketing/Journalism.
- Proficiency in using Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Adobe suite is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google analytics is a plus

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
