Bakery Assistant

Are you looking for a fast paced working environment? Are you a team player? Do you have a passion for baking and creativity? The Pingle's bakery team is looking for a Bakery Assistant to join the team!

As the successful candidate, you will be required to work early morning shifts, as well as weekday and weekend shifts. Prior experience in a bakery/kitchen is a must. Minimum high school completion is a must. Additional bakery training is preferred. Salary is based on education and previous work experience.

Bakery Assistant Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Prepare, produce and bake pastries, breads, rolls and desserts.
• Prepare garnishes as needed for baked foods.
• Cleans, breaks down and puts away all baking equipment.

Production Baker Qualifications/Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in ability to safely and effectively operate standard food service equipment.
