New Liskeard Chrysler is looking for a dynamic, professional self motivated General Sales Manager that can join our growing team.
Just a few examples of what's required.
-Train, hire and mentor sales associates
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, inventory control, forecasting, able to understand financial statements
- Provide sales support to potential customers, including answering inquiries and providing product information
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with sales management software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
