Job Title: Baker/General Kitchen Support
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Baking
- ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Self Starter, motivated
- Ensure top quality of all wares
- Collaborate with management and team to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and quality
- Work new team members on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or concerns
- Complete administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and ordering supplies
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using computer software for record keeping and reporting
