Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bakery operations, including food preparation, baking, and customer service
- Manage a team of bakery staff, providing guidance, training, and support
- Ensure high-quality food products are consistently produced and presented to customers
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the bakery
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders
- perform all other related duties as assigned by management
Skills:
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- must posses strong customer service qualities
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and best practices for food preparation and safety
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.50-$23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
