Banquet Server

We are looking to bolster our Front of House roster with dynamic and passionate individuals. We're looking for experienced servers and bartenders to help execute our events and provide excellent customer service to all guests. Our team of professionals embrace the fast paced work environment and take pride in showcasing some of the city's best catered menus and dishes.

This is a part time position with plenty of varying opportunities. As shifts are posted, you request the shifts that you are keen and able to work and fits within your schedule via our online scheduling app. We also foster a strong culture of promoting from within. Talented and hard working servers also have the opportunity to be promoted to Event Managers.

Our events range from small private canapé parties to large elaborate plated gala dinners and everything in between. Servers will be sent event details and venue location in advance and all staff will meet at venue for setup and service.

Starting at $25 per hour, increasing to $26 per hours after probation (10 shifts).

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 months experience in serving banquets or events
• Ability to carry large banquet serving trays (or willingness to learn)
• Capable of "hitting the ground running"
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs properly
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Serving It Right - required
• Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends) - preferred
• Must be available for at least one shift per month
• Fully vaccinated - required
• Barista Experience - beneficial
• Valid Drivers License - beneficial
