Barista (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and blended drinks, following recipes and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu items.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and counters, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Uphold our café's brand image and standards by presenting beverages in an attractive and consistent manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working as a barista in a café, coffee shop, or similar setting.
• Proficiency in preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages and service.

Job Type: Full-time

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
