Job Description:

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Coffee Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various coffee machines, including automatic and manual models, as well as coffee grinders and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on our range of coffee machines, grinders, and accessories.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate how to use and maintain coffee machines and equipment effectively.
• Answer calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee industry trends, technologies, and innovations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Skill Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or a strong background in Coffee Product sales and customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of various coffee machines, both automatic and manual, as well as coffee grinders and accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
• A passion for coffee and a social lifestyle.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
