Unique Fine Fabrics is a dynamic and fast growing global distributor of textiles and accessories. We are seeking an individual to join our Customer Service team as a Product Specialist.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to meet our customers expectations. The successful candidate will assist customers on tasks such as product details, troubleshooting, taking orders, tracking orders and other Customer Service related inquires.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Answers customer calls and emails regarding product specifications, programming and troubleshooting. (Training will be provided)
· Answers customer calls and emails regarding order status, ship dates, product information, pricing or other information as needed from customer
· Process incoming customer orders accurately
· Assist walk in customers with placing orders
· Liaison between customer and warehouse
· Maintain customer expectations
Qualifications and Skills:
· 3 yrs+ Customer Service experience and data entry experience required
· Experience working with blinds and/or shutters considered an asset but not required.
Training will be provided.
· Microsoft Office experience required
· Experience using ERP software such as SAP
· College Diploma Preferred
· Proficient in reading and writing English
· An acute attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Able to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment along other team members
