```Duties``` - Oversee the daily operations of the barn, including feeding, watering, and general care of animals - Coordinate and schedule farrier, veterinarian, and other necessary appointments for the animals - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barn and surrounding areas - Monitor and manage inventory of feed, hay, and other supplies - Ensure proper maintenance and repair of barn equipment and facilities - Develop and implement animal health protocols, including vaccination schedules and deworming programs - Train and supervise barn staff, providing guidance and support as needed ```Experience``` - Previous experience working in a barn or farm setting preferred - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining farm machinery - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required - Knowledge of animal care practices, including feeding, grooming, and basic medical care - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, veterinarians, and other professionals As a Barn Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our animals and maintaining the overall operation of our barn.
