We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Benefits Operations Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s Benefits Operations. This position requires a strong understanding of benefits administration, compliance regulations, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company’s benefits strategy and programs
- Oversee the administration and communication of employee benefits
- Manage the benefits enrollment process and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the benefits program meets the needs of the organization and its employees
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s benefits program remains competitive
- Manage the benefits team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, including knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience managing a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of benefits compliance regulations and reporting requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 Annually
