SalaryWe are looking for an experienced and motivated individual for our Heating & Air Conditioning Service Department. The position requires an organized person that is detailed oriented and can work as a team member to ensure excellent service to our clients.
The successful candidate will:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
- Maintain the customer database with current information.
- Work with other departments to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Contact existing customers to schedule appointments.
- Candidate must be bilingual.
Additional Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of the industry is recommended
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Time management skills

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
