World’s Finest Chocolate is looking for someone who works effectively as a team player and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English and enjoy working with customers via email, web chat and telephone. The successful candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions accurately and efficiently with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships. You must be detail oriented, organized and highly motivated.
Duties include:
- Answering customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction in a timely manner
- Identifying current and prospective customer needs in order to recommend the appropriate product
- Working with World’s Finest Chocolate sales representatives
- Accurately enter customer information and orders into the system
- Completing occasional projects as assigned
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Experience:
- Customer Service or Inside Sales work experience: Minimum 2 years
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft office) as well as the ability to learn the company’s software systems
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Excellent phone and written etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or sales role is preferred
- College Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing or Business is an asset
Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
