```Duties```
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of entries
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify variances and discrepancies
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage, Simply Accounting
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
