Duties:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Prepare food items such as salads, appetisers, and desserts
- Handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures
- Help maintain the cleanliness of restaurant and immediately address spillages, breakage or debris.
- Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet customer needs
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
