Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency in basic math for order taking and cash handling
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with cashiering duties such as processing payments and making change
