The Transformational Services team is a fun, dynamic and fast-paced team that provides leadership for transformational change initiatives in the areas of project management, change management, business case development, business analysis and analytical support. The team is looking for a tenacious, positive individual to join them as a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator, helping to transform health care in the province.
The Business Analyst / Project Coordinator liaises with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities and, recommends solutions to enable the achievement of organizational goals. You will build exceptional relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders, analyze data and create documents and plans that advise, and/or update stakeholders. The Business Analyst/ Project Coordinator helps build maturity in the project delivery best practice utilized at 3sHealth.
In this role the Business Analyst/ Project Coordinator will:
- Support projects through the collection, assessment and analysis of information required to support the change and measure outcomes
- Develop a case for change that articulates measurable benefits to patients and the health care system as a whole and weighs those against projected costs
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions and define recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a combination of post-secondary education and experience
- Full knowledge of Business Analysis standards and framework
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Working proficiency of PowerBI reporting, MS Office
- Experience in project management, change management or general consulting would be an asset
- Knowledge of, and experience in the Saskatchewan healthcare environment is an asset
