Active Design Advisors, Inc. (Adai) is a subsidiary of the world-renowned Center for Active Design (CfAD) and is dedicated to driving the implementation of Fitwel®, the world's leading healthy building certification system.
Through innovative software development and providing best-in-class client support, Adai empowers building owners, developers, and other stakeholders to advance the health and well-being of their occupants. Our comprehensive services include software development, sales and marketing, account management, and customer and technical support, ensuring a seamless integration of Fitwel principles throughout the design, construction, and operation of buildings.
Remote-first Culture
Adai champions a remote-first culture. This approach emerged from recognizing employees' appreciation for autonomy and safety in the New York metropolitan area in the wake of Covid-19. Prioritizing talent acquisition, Adai now permits employees to work fully remotely while supporting those who opt for office settings with coworking space stipends. Despite being remote-first, the company values in-person connections, organizing an annual destination retreat for the entire team. This ethos reflects Adai's commitment to flexibility, talent acquisition, and fostering a sense of unity within its distributed workforce.
