Chudleigh’s Blossom Café is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Team Memberto join our dedicated team!

Qualifications

• Flexibility with shifts to accommodate varying schedules and operational demands.
• SmartServe certification is mandatory.
• Prior food handling experience to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Dedication to prioritizing the customer experience in every guest interaction.
• Possess a high degree of professionalism, ensuring a positive representation of our café.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and attentive to details to fulfill customers' needs and preferences.
• Ability to work independently when necessary and collaborate effectively within the team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead by example in fostering a culture centered around the enjoyment of food and beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and Team Members alike.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with warmth and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, receiving deliveries and verifying accuracy in items and quantities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.
• Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including weekly inventory counts.
• Additional duties as assigned or required.
