MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE! Looking for flexible, mature, and responsible individuals to take care of a male quadriplegic in a wheelchair dependent on help from others. Looking for mainly weekday mornings and possibly weekend or a few nights, possibly shift work maybe an option. Individual lives close to north Walmart. He also has a Live inCare Aide (no drivers license), so if a Live in is an option schedule can be flexible.
Live in option: If it would work out for the individual who is interested in applying, a Live in position, would also be ideal for both the employee and employer. The house is very spacious with a big downstairs with a couple of bedrooms and three bedrooms upstairs. The main caregiver in the house is full-time, looking for another individual who could be part-time to three-quarter time, but this could change and fluctuate as well between coordination of both workers to figure out the schedule. Obviously, it would take some adjustments, but the home would be your home as well. There would be a three-month probation. As well to make sure that things run, and everything goes smooth.
Wage / Salary
Starting at $17.50/hr after probation will increase OR a salary position (REDUCED RENT) is available if it works out between the employer and employee.

Job duties
Personal care: Showers, dressing, self cathing, suppositories, grooming, transfers with ceiling track.
Personal activities: Driving to and from exercise facility and appointments, social outings - sports & work events. He has a small dog as well and requires assistance.
Household activities: Keeping the house tidy sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, dishes etc.
