Job Description:
As a Customer Success Case Officer at Immigrate.ai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
success and satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for managing and supporting
immigration cases for individuals and organizations, ensuring that their immigration journey is
smooth, compliant, and efficient. This position is ideal for individuals with mid-level experience in
Customer Success and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives through
immigration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Manage a portfolio of immigration cases, including but not limited to
work visas, family reunification, and citizenship applications.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their
primary point of contact and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Immigration Expertise: Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and
procedures to provide accurate guidance and advice to clients.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all required documentation is complete,
accurate, and submitted on time to meet immigration requirements.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that
may arise during the immigration process, finding creative solutions to resolve them.
Communication: Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases, explaining
complex immigration concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal experts,
to ensure the smooth handling of cases.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and
case details in our CRM system.
Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and provide
input for product development.
Client Success Metrics: Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the
success of cases and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in a Customer Success or immigration-related role.
Strong understanding of immigration laws and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
