A children's clothing store is looking for experienced, outgoing and cheerful sales associates who can work weekdays and weekends. Applicants need some retail experience, or experience in a related field of customer service. A knowledge of current fashion trends in children's clothing is an asset.
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate/Inventory Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandising, and restocking in a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Running stock to sales floor and hanging clothing
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, stock & inventory .
- Ability to lift 20kg
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Permanent
Salary: varies with experience.
