Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Casual Receptionist is the first contact and first impression to Dilico for members of the public. The Casual Receptionist is responsible to be aware of the whereabouts of all employees and to ensure that telephone messages and personal inquiries are appropriately and courteously handled.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum Secondary School diploma is required.
- A minimum one-year Office Administration Certificate is preferred
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in reception, preferably in an Anishinabek child and family services setting
- Candidates without the specific education qualifications, but who possess an appropriate combination of work experience and other academic qualifications will also be considered
- A satisfactory criminal records check
- Must have ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Office Manager in relation to service requirements
- Must have a Class “G” Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable and personal vehicle with $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance
Hours of Work: The position is based on a as needed basis at your availability and convenience
Wage Range: $17.90 per hour
