Oxford Learning Grandview Heights is looking for a dynamic and motivated Centre Assistant with strong people skills to assist in the day-to-day management of our busy centre. Our vibrant learning centre supports students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 with all aspects of learning support. The Candidate must have a strong desire to work in an environment that is fun, family oriented and fast paced. The successful Candidate will be fluent in English, additional languages are an asset
Overview:
The Centre Assistant plays an important role in the day to day administrative operations of the Centre and support the teachers, students, and families during classes. This role provides both administrative and educational support to the Centre Director and the Education Director.

Education and Experience:
- Post secondary education and/or experience above noted areas
- Work in a business environment is an asset
- Experience with billing cycles required
- Strong computer skills
- Strong phone skills and experience in customer service (experience in sales is preferred)
Job Type: Part-time 12 - 15 hour per week and must be available to work afternoons and evenings Monday to Thursday.
Salary Range: ($21+ per hour based on experience)
